Welcome back! If you've previously completed Sunnyside's Family Sponsorship process, there's no need to submit all your information again. We already have your original sponsorship record. This short form allows us to confirm that your information and endorsement are still current and lets us review your guest's request for another activity. Previous sponsorship does not automatically guarantee access to a new event. Sunnyside retains the final approval decision.
