Sunnyside Grace Check™ — Meetup Peer Assessment

Grace Check™ — Behavioral Assessment

What Is Grace Check?

Grace Check™ is part of Sunnyside's commitment to Social Grace: learning to become better people living alongside others. It's about respecting boundaries, treating people with kindness, considering how our actions affect others, and leaving a room better than we found it.

This is not a judgment of anyone's character, intentions, or morality. Ratings help us identify behaviors that may need improvement, clarification, or support. They are signals for review, not proof of misconduct or automatic grounds for restricting participation.

Please assess only what you personally observed. Be fair, honest, and specific. Do not guess, diagnose, or rate someone based on popularity, friendship, or personal differences. If you did not meaningfully observe a peer, select “Not enough interaction to assess.” Do not assess yourself.

Responses are confidential and will be reviewed only by Sunnyside's authorized leadership. Individual ratings will not be published as rankings.

Our goal is to help everyone grow, hold ourselves accountable, and make Sunnyside a safer, more respectful community for all.
Assessment Limit

Each form submission allows you to assess two participants.

If you need to assess a third participant or more, please open a new form submission for every additional pair of participants.

Please complete both assessment pages before submitting. If you have insufficient interaction with a participant to make a fair assessment, select “Not enough interaction to assess” where appropriate.
Instructions

Stage 1 — Assess everyone

- Select the correct participant in each dropdown.
- Complete the behavioral matrix and describe the specific behavior and relevant context.
- You may assess up to two participants per submission. If additional participants need follow-up, submit another assessment.
